PRC 2010 Pay Fixation Table: Compare Your Salary with the Previous and Next Pay Commissions

For all these pathologies, depending on type and stage, numerous different types of treatment have been and are frequently used such as proximal row carpectomy (PRC), four corner arthrodesis, total wrist arthroplasty and total wrist arthrodesis.6,8,9 Since 2010, a new technique has been described in the litterature10 using the resurfacing capitate pyrocarbon implant (RCPI) (Tornier, Montbonnot-Saint-Martin, France). The implant is designed to replace the head of capitate, and used combined with PRC as a treatment option when articular surfaces of the capitate and radius are damaged, preserving a painless motion of the wrist.11

In 2010 first case report was published by Fernandes,10 regarding the use of RCPI in a 38 years old male with a stage IV Kienböck disease. He reported his results at a 12 months follow-up. The patient was satisfied with the procedure and had an improvement of VAS score for pain. An improvement of flexion of the wrist from 20 to 60 was achieved, and a 20 extension was maintained after surgery.

prc 2010 pay fixation table

The manner of initial fixation of pay in the revised pay structure has been indicated in Rule 7 of the CCS (RP) Rules, 2008. On the basis of this Rule, detailed Fixation Tables for each stage in each of the pre-revised scales have been worked out in the manner recommended by the Sixth Pay Commission and are enclosed as Annex-I of this O.M. These may be used for the purpose of fixation in the revised pay structure as on 1.1.2006.

7th pay commission Pay Matrix table (Civilian Employees). The 7th pay Commission has designed the new pay matrix keeping in view the vast opportunities that have opened up outside government over the last three decades, generating greater competition for human resources and the need to attract and retain the best available talent in government services. The nomenclature being used in the new pay matrix assigns levels in place of erstwhile grade pay.

Sir, My basic pay is 70,000/- in level 8 of pay matrix. I got promoted in the post of Asstt Executive Engr on 3/1/22 in the level 10 of pay matrix.I have not yet given the pay fixation option(which has to be given within 30 days after 3/1/22). Now, I have completed 30 years of service on 7/1/22(so my 3rd MACP is due)Please guide me regarding pay fixation option that i should give for maximum benefit.

Please let me know what should be my fixation on my promotion as section head and when am I to opt for it.What should be my fixation on MACP and when should I opt for fixation. What should be the beneficial date for increment at both times. My salary was 42800 in grade pay 2800 as on 31.12.2017 in level 5.Please help me with the beneficial fixation..

It is observed that only for grade pay 4200 & 4600 when an employee is promoted and moves to next level there is no change in fixation as per the chart. for example an employee who was drawing 70000 under either grade pay 4200 in level 16 or under 4600 in level 14 would only move to next grade pay, under levels 16 and 14 under grade pay 4600 and 4800 respectively, which is redundant now, without even a notional increase in the Basic pay.

Kindly see the numerical figures in the cells of level 6,7,8. They are repeated, at cells in the next column unlike other levels and cells, wherein there is an increase in the value on the next column, resulting an increase in fixation at the time of promotion.

Kindly study the table carefully before replying and take it up with appropriate authorities and do the needful at the earliest, so that the employees falling in these groups to are given the due justice.

Now the questions area.May I get 3rd MACP on due date? For your information since you got first promotion LDC to UDC (GP 2000 to 2400) so you are given 2nd promotion on completion of 20 years 2nd MACP given on 1/9/2008 (GP 2400 to GP 2800), since you got promoted on O.S. on 24/7/18 it was not given monitory benefit because in the 7th CPC there is no pay scales for promotions, only monitory benefits by way of MACP . You will given upgraded 3rd MACP on 1/9/2018 as pay from Rs.46,800 with one increment as 48200 (level 5) and fixed in matrix level 6 (GP 2800 to 4200) stage 12 as Rs.49,000/- from 1/9/2018, Next increment on 1/7/2019 at stage 13 as Rs.50,000. But you will not given in table GP 4600.

Further to inform you that from the 6th CPC there will not any pay scales of promotions for designations. Only pay benefit by changing GP in the 6th CPC and from the 7th CPC onward changing matrix table of his service of every 10th years only. On promotions only designation changes in the vacant post, but no monitory benefits.

The 7th CPC recommended a new pay fixation method which differs greatly from that of the 6th CPC and further proposed a 2.57 fitment factor applicable to all CG employees. Instead of a salary slab system, the commission suggested a new Pay Matrix System. Pay and arrears related revisions have been effective since 1.1.2016.

My date of joining is 19.1.2009 and my increment date is 1/7/2010 and I have lost one increment. My due date for macp is 19/1/2019 . Current pay as on date is 19/1/2019 is 42300. Please suggest me for next date of increment month is Jan or July to make option and please post my pay as on date on 1/7/2021 includes macp and in increments and along c choice of increment. My date of birth is 28/2/1984 for information.

As per the rule CSS 10 six months pay should completed so your normal increment on 1-7-19 and promotional increment of option from January 20 in higher MATRIX LEVEL basic pay fixation. Pay changed from MACP date. If you give July increment option benefits be given from 1-7-20 it is loss of six months pay.

Hi, I joined service on 20january 2015. As per 6th cpc, my increment was due on 1.7.2016. My 7th cpc pay fixation was done as on 1.1.2016. Will i be granted one increment on 1.1.2016? Previously my department had granted one increment at the time of fixation i.e. on 1.1.2016 and another increment was applied on 1.7.2016. Since then, my pay fixation has been revised and recovery has been made from me on account of excess payment due to early increment grant. I am unable to get clarification on this. What should i do? My increment date is 1st july as of now.

I join as group d (Field worker) on 16.12.1999, deployed as lasker on 23/08/2005 with basic pay 5200-20200+1800 and promotion as Supervisor by departmental examination on 09/01/2009 in grade pay of Rs.1800/-, after 10 years as supervisor given acp on 09/01/2019 in grade pay of Rs.1900/- please I would like to know the pay fixation of my salary as per the 7th pay cpc and arrearsplease give in details

(1)As on 22-05-2019 must be Rs.41,100/- (which my deptt. already fixed very correctly).(2)As on 01-07-2019 must be Rs.43,600/- (i.e fixation from the date of next increment, as per my option already given in my Deptt.).(3)As on 01-01-2020 must be Rs.44,900/-.(4)As on 01-01-2021 must be Rs.46,200/-.

Could we get benefit of rule FR22(I)(a)(1) every time, i.e. on fixation of pay? or it will be applicable on getting direct promotion only (i.e. not on regular promotion after MACP), in 7th CPC Chronology.

In revised pay fixation for pre 1.1.2016, NPA and special pay are included or not for notional fixation? I reired on 1.4.2014 , scale was 37.400-6700 Pay band 10.000. Basic salary was 60940 +NPA 15235 +_ Spl pay 2000 . Now revised notional fixation is 157900 and pension remains the same as it cannot be reduced. Had NPA and Spl. pay added to basic and then notional fixation would have been done, pension would have been higher. Youe opinion????

My basic pay is (13410 + 4200-gp) = 17610=00 as on 01.01.2016I got promoted to next higher level with GP 4600=00 on 08.07.2016I would like to know the pay fixation of my salary as per the 7th pay cpc and arrearsplease give in details
